Warranty

All R5 Racing Product, Coilover and Big Brake ktis and accessories are for off road use or Motorsports use only. Our products are not to be installed on vehicles that will be driven on public roads.

The R5 Racing Australia / AustAsia warranty is limited to Australia only. Shipping cost for warranty items is not covered under our limited warranty. 

R5 Racing products warranty is void if any of the following apply:

• Products was purchased through a third party, not listed on the R5 Racing Australia Dealer page.
• Product was not installed by a certified mechanic
• Product has been modified without prior notification to R5 Racing Australia.
• Product was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
• Product was installed improperly.
• Product was used in a way other than the intended purpose of the product. Corrosion & damage from normal wear and tear (ie. bushings, pillowball mounts, etc) are not covered under the limited warranty.

12 months limited warranty from the date of purchase. If the shock strut is leaking oil and the coilover upper mount, lower bracket & strut are not bent, deformed or out of shape, R5 Racing will rebuild and overhaul the leaking insert/shock free of charge for the customer during the warranty period. You will need to send the defective/ broken shock back to R5 Racing Taiwan for repair.

12 months limited warranty from the date of purchase. All products sold are new and fully inspected to be free from defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship at the time of delivery.

* Any products sold cannot be returned to the manufacturer unless specifically arranged otherwise.

* All R5 Racing product will require inspection by our dealer or a certified mechanic and determine whether the products are defective before any warranty claim is issued. Warranty inspection results will be based on the findings / data of the Technician from R5 Racing Taiwan.

* During warranty period, the loss of time, labor cost, transportation charge, commercial loss, inconvenience and loss of use of the product or vehicle is NOT covered.

* R5 Racing Australia/AustAsia reserve the right to product's design and change for improvements without notice.

* R5 Racing Australia/AustAsia assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, damage or death caused directly or indirectly by the product.

* R5 Racing Australia/AustAsia will not take any responsibility for errors and/or omissions in these instructions.
